What We MonitorParameters include profiles of temperature, salinity, density, dissolved oxygen, light transmission, pH, as well as discrete samples at various depths for fecal coliform bacteria, chlorophyll a, phaeopigment, nitrate, nitrite, ammonium, orthophosphate, silicate and Secchi disk depth. Generally samples are taken at 0, 10, and 30 meter depths. |
