What We Monitor

From Willapa Bay moorings, we collect continuous near-surface, mid-channel water temperature, salinity, density and chlorophyll data. The instruments log internally and data is currently available upon request.

From Puget Sound moorings, we collect near-shore, near-bottom water temperature, salinity, density, and dissolved oxygen data. The instruments transmit data in real-time to the Northwest Association of Networked Ocean Observing Systems (NANOOS) website. Historical data is available upon request.
