Background

The Chambers-Clover Planning Unit completed the draft watershed plan in September 2004, but was unable to reach consensus, and as a result, the plan was not approved. The Puyallup Indian Tribe voted against plan approval.

Instream flow status

Instream flows were adopted by rule in 1979. (Chapter 173-512 WAC).

Ecology does not plan to amend the existing rule.
