Background

The Deschutes Watershed Planning Unit completed a final draft watershed plan in October 2004, but was unable to reach consensus on the plan as the Squaxin Island Tribe voted against approval of the plan.

Instream flow status

Instream flows were adopted by rule in 1979. (Chapter 173-512 WAC).

Ecology does not plan to amend the existing rule.
