Reporting Requirements

Annual Dangerous Waste Reporting
All facilities/sites that have RCRA site ID numbers are required to complete an Annual Dangerous Waste Report each year.

Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA)
Facilities may be subject to one or all of the sections depending upon the types and quantities of chemicals stored or released.

Local Emergency Planning Committees (LEPCs)
The LEPC is responsible for developing a local emergency plan for their district and for the collection of information submitted by industry which is made available to the public.

Epcramail is an electronic reporting application that provides facilities with an easy method for reporting data to Ecology (the State Emergency Response Commission) and local agencies.

Pollution prevention planning is a tracking system to help facilities examine current operations to reduce hazardous substances used, reduce hazardous waste produced and increase the recycling and treatment of waste.
