
Especially after a disastrous event, many businesses discover that products have become dangerous wastes. Wastes are subject to the Dangerous Waste Regulations. A dangerous-waste inspector can help you determine whether an intended product appears to be waste.
Basically, a product is something for which there is a known and immediate use and a waste is not useful. If your product can no longer be used for its intended purpose and has dangerous properties, or contains hazardous chemicals, you might need to manage it as dangerous waste.
