KELLCO Services, Inc Exit Ecology provides hazardous materials and engineering consulting and laboratory services. Their website includes a reference section for asbestos and lead information. It includes definitions of asbestos and lead abatement terms. There is also a how-to section for taking lead and asbestos samples to be mailed to the Kellco laboratory in Hayward, California.

NITON Corporation Exit Ecology is a manufacturer of field portable XRF instruments for environmental metals detection and other uses. Their website has technical documents including EPA Method 6200 and Field Portable X-ray Fluorescence Exit Ecology, 1998. It is mainly concerned with the use of XRF technology for soil analysis but it has a good introduction to the XRF and it's basic operation.
