By Phone: Important: Have your billing coupon ready when you call.

1. Dial 1-866-211-2955. Listen to the introductory message.

2. Look at your billing coupon. Find the four-digit North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code printed above your business name in the center of the coupon.

3. Look at the first number of your NAICS Code. If the number is 1, 2, or 3 PRESS 1 If the number is 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9 PRESS 2

4. You will be connected with an Ecology staff person, who will ask for your nine-digit Department of Revenue (DOR) Tax Registration Number. You can find it directly above the name of your business. The staff person will use this number to check on the status of your fee account.
