You can email us your questions. We respond to messages in the order received—usually within two business days.

Before you call: Have your billing invoice ready. Please be ready to provide your 9-digit account number and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. This information is printed on the right side of your billing invoice below the total amount due.

  • Dial 1-866-211-2955. Listen to the introductory message.
  • You will have the opportunity to wait for the next available staff person or leave us a message. If you choose to leave a message we will call you back as soon as possible.
  • The staff person that answers your call will ask you for some basic information. The first thing that they will need to assist you is your 9-digit account number.

Interpreter Service

We have interpreter services available for many languages. Please call 1-866-211-2955 and press 1 if you require interpreter services. You will be asked to leave us a message. Please let us know the language you speak. We will call you back with the interpreter on the phone.
