Requests for Fee Waivers

You now can submit your waiver request either by regular mail or email.

Requests for fee waivers must be sent by September 30, 2011 to avoid any interest charges that may apply.

By Waiver/Exemption Form: Use the form provided on the back of the billing coupon to apply for a waiver or exemption. Be sure to describe your business activities in detail so that staff can determine your status. Lack of information will result in a denial of your request for relief. Include a contact phone number in case there are questions. Mail your request in the return envelope provided in the billing packet. You can expect a response by mail in 4 to 6 weeks once we have received your request.

Electronic Form:Make sure to fill in all the required fields.  Be sure that your email address is correct.  You will receive a response to your request by email within 5 business days.
