Rules for Medium Quantity Generators (MQGs)

As a Medium-Quantity Generator (MQG) of Dangerous Waste, you are fully regulated under the Dangerous Waste Rules.

RCRA Site Identification Number and Notification of Dangerous Waste Activities is required for Medium Quantity Generators.

MQG Tank Standards

Special requirements for generators of between two hundred twenty and two thousand two hundred pounds per month that accumulate dangerous waste in tanks contains the appropriate tank standards at WAC 173-303-202 of the Dangerous Waste Rules.
