Ecology's Authority to Collect this Information
The Washington Administrative Code
(WAC) 173-303-220 and
173-303-390,
authorizes Ecology to collect information regarding the generation and
management of dangerous wastes. Further, Ecology is required by EPA to collect
and report information on the generation and management of hazardous wastes, as
implemented through the federal Biennial Report (Form 8700-13).
