Number). First set up
your User Account and Password for one of your sites. After that, you can add
additional reporting sites to the same account.

TurboWaste.Net accepts annual reports from earlier years. The data entry or data
importing process will be the same. Both the
earlier versions of the source,
form and system codes, as well as the newer
codes used for 2003 or later reporting are included in the application. When you
start an annual report
year, TurboWaste.Net automatically shows you the correct codes for that year.

Yes. TurboWaste.Net allows users to import annual reporting data from their own
computer system. You can import data from Microsoft Excel files or various
database files. You will need to put the files in a "flat file format" that
TurboWaste.Net can read. See the
Turbowaste User Guide
for the complete directions.
This is not the same as copying your waste stream or OI files from a
previous year to save data entry time. This procedure is for data
that is kept in another data base and then transferred to TurboWaste.Net
at annual reporting time.
See How to
Import Data Files for more information.
If you choose, you can develop your own file translation routines but they must
meet the
import file
specifications.
Click the Create New Annual Report link on the Site Profile web page to
create a place to put your data files before you start to import them.
You will also need to click the Complete Site ID Form link on the
Annual Report Checklist page. Site ID Form data cannot be imported
because it is automatically created and filled out by TurboWaste.Net. You will still need to review
the Site ID form for corrections and save it.
