Getting into TurboWaste.Net

1. I forgot my password.  How do I get it back?

If you forget your password, go to the TurboWaste.Net web site:
  https://fortress.wa.gov/ecy/turbowaste 

Click on the Enter TurboWaste button.

Click on the Did you forget your password? link in the instruction box on the right.

Enter the same e-mail address you used when you first set up your User Account.  Click  the  Submit  button.  TurboWaste.Net will automatically e-mail you the new password.

Account Administrators can reset a password by using the  ADMIN  tab found on the top of the TurboWaste.Net screens.

2. I forgot my User Name. How can I find out what it is?

You can call Ecology staff at 1-800-874-2022 (from within the state) or (360) 407-6170. You can also E-mail Ecology at TurboWaste@ecy.wa.gov. We can look up your User Name for you but we do not have access to your password.
