Reactivate Your Site ID Number

A previously withdrawn (closed) RCRA Site ID Number can be reactivated.

• If your company owner or company name has not changed you can reactivate your Site ID Number on line using TurboWaste.Net.
• If your company owner or company name has changed you will need to mail a paper copy of the pre-filled Site ID form to Ecology. You may go online using TurboWaste.Net to download a pre-filled in Site ID Form or contact Iris Aguilera at 360.407.6734 or by email at iagu461@ecy.wa.gov to have one sent to you. Enter the changed information in the appropriate areas on the form. Sign the form in ink and mail it to Ecology using the address at the top of the form.
