Which waste codes are Washington State only?
Waste codes included in Washington State's Dangerous Waste Regulation, WAC
173-303, but not included in the federal EPA's Hazardous Waste Regulation, 40
CFR, identify State only waste.
Enter Washington State only waste codes on the annual report forms:
- in A-4 on the Generation Management (GM) Form, or
- in 4 on the Waste Received (WR) Form
