Hanford:

Our Nuclear Waste Program is focused on keeping people and the environment safe from the dangers of mixed radioactive and chemically hazardous wastes. Our top priority is overseeing the U.S. Department of Energy's Hanford cleanup activities, but we also regulate mixed wastes at the Bremerton Naval Complex and at commercial nuclear facilities in the Tri-Cities area.
