The State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Register lists SEPA documents issued by state agencies, counties, cities, and special districts. Questions and comments on a particular proposal listed in the SEPA Register should be directed to the agency that issued the SEPA document (lead agency).
The following list was prepared to assist in contacting the lead agency. This list contains the names of the SEPA contact person, address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address of selected state agencies, all counties, larger cities and some special districts.
