401 Water Quality Certifications
(non-hydropower projects)

Ecology's Eastern Region includes:  Adams, Asotin, Columbia, Ferry, Franklin, Garfield, Grant, Lincoln, Pend Oreille, Spokane, Stevens, Walla Walla, and Whitman counties. 

• Click Eastern Region Public Notices to view notices announcing the receipt of a request for a 401 Water Quality Certification. Public Notices are available for review and comment by the public.
• Click Eastern Region 401 Water Quality Certification decisions to view decisions for non-hydropower projects. Decisions will be posted as issued.

For paper copies of the final decisions or other related documents, send an e-mail to ECYREFEDPEMITS@ecy.wa.gov or phone 360-407-7421.
