401 Water Quality Certifications
(non-hydropower projects)

Ecology's Northwest Region includes: Island, King, Kitsap, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, and Whatcom counties.

• Click Northwest Region Public Notices to view notices announcing the receipt of a request for a 401 Water Quality Certification. Public Notices are available for review and comment by the public.
• Click Northwest Region 401 Water Quality Certification decisions to view decisions for non-hydropower projects. Decisions will be posted as issued.
• Click Northwest Region Coastal Consistency (CZM) determinations to view CZM determinations.

For paper copies of the final decisions or other related documents, send an e-mail to ECYREFEDPEMITS@ecy.wa.gov or phone 360-407-7421.
