Environmental Permitting Services - The Washington State Governor's Office of Regulatory Innovation and Assistance (ORIA) helps citizens, businesses, and project applicants understand and navigate Washington’s environmental permitting processes.
Federal Permitting - Public notices and decisions for projects requesting a 401 Water Quality Certification and/or Coastal Zone Management Consistency determination.
Joint Aquatic Resource Permits Application (JARPA) - This application is used to apply for Hydraulic Project Approvals, 401 Certifications, Section 10 and 404 permits, General Bridge Act Permits, and Private Aids to Navigation permits. The JARPA should also accompany the Application for Authorization to use State-owned lands.
State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) - A state policy that requires state and local agencies to consider the likely environmental consequences of a proposal before approving or denying the proposal.
