SEPA Rulemaking Advisory Committee
Senate Bill 6406 instructed Ecology to convene a SEPA Rule Making Advisory Committee consisting of members representing at a minimum, cities, counties, business, environmental interests, agricultural interests, cultural resources interests, state agencies and tribal governments. The committee will assist Ecology in updating exemption thresholds and the environmental checklist. Here is the updated Advisory Committee Roster.

March 27, 2013 - Feedback received by Advisory Committee on Categorical Exemptions
On March 20, 2013, Ecology sent an email to the Advisory Committee asking each interest to review the synthesized list of Categorical Exemption topics that were indicated as high priority by committee members. Ecology asked committee members to review this list and identify if there were any additional comments, questions or topics. Below are the responses Ecology received:
