SEPA Rulemaking Advisory CommitteeSenate Bill 6406 instructed Ecology to convene a SEPA Rule Making Advisory Committee consisting of members representing at a minimum, cities, counties, business, environmental interests, agricultural interests, cultural resources interests, state agencies and tribal governments.
