Duvall Shoreline Master Program: Comprehensive Update
Public Comment Requested - March 24, 2017 to April 24, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
The Washington Department of Ecology seeks public comment on the City of Duvall’s proposed update to its Shoreline Master Program.
Shorelines within the city include the Snoqualmie River and its associated wetlands. The updated shoreline program will replace the City’s existing shoreline program adopted in 1974. The updated program establishes new goals, policies and regulations to encourage and manage appropriate shoreline uses, public access, and protection and restoration of natural shoreline resources.
Ecology will compare the City of Duvall's proposed program to the requirements of the Shoreline Management Act and the Shoreline Master Program Guidelines. Based on the comparison, Ecology will decide whether to:

All interested parties are invited to provide comment during this public comment period. There are several ways to provide comments. You only need to submit your comments once.
