Map cultural resources and regulatory designations

Map cultural resources, public access, special areas, and regulatory designations that define and/or constrain future uses. Prepare a summary of key constraints and limitations to future use.

Be prepared to provide documentation that you have contacted and considered information from the State Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation and all affected tribes.

On a base map, preferably at a scale that allows display of parcel data, overlay:

• Archaeological or historic sites. View Rule citation.

• Regulatory delineations, such as comprehensive plan designations and zoning, critical area ordinance designation, port districts, historic zones. View Rule citation
• Special areas for planning emphasis, such as priority habitats, working waterfronts, toxic clean-up sites, dredged material disposal sites, or eroding shorelines. View Rule citation
