Permit applicationShoreline permit applications must define the proposal and the site with as much detail as possible. Members of the public and Ecology staff (and at other resource agencies) may not be familiar with a site or talked with the applicant and, therefore, will be relying solely on the information contained in the permit. The permit application is a public document – applications are on file for public scrutiny.
