WCC Crew Supervisors
As a Crew Supervisor with the Washington Conservation Corps,
you will lead young men and women, ages 18-25. As a Crew
Supervisor, you will promote strong work ethic, positive
attitudes, and a commitment to service while accomplishing
high-quality environmental projects.
The WCC is looking for Crew Supervisors competent in
watershed restoration, fencing, wetland mitigation, trail
construction and other environmental enhancement skills. Strong
supervisory skills are required. You must be able to communicate
well, both verbally and in writing, have a good driving record,
and have a strong knowledge of hand and power tools.
The Crew Supervisor is the primary liaison between the state
office and the Corps member. Supervisors must develop and maintain a
good working relationship with project sponsors, Corps members
and WCC administrative staff.

application must be submitted to apply. Note: When completing
application, position title should be: WCC Crew Supervisor.
There is not a recruitment number.

- Corpsmember recruitment and training
- Project solicitation and oversight
- Development of community contacts
- Development and retention of sponsors
- Public presentations
- Community service and project promotion
