Located 1.5 miles northeast of Mt. Vernon. Swan Road is located to the north and Route 9 to the east of the bank site.

Restore reaches of the Nookachamps Creek, The East Fork of the Nookachamps Creek, Mud Lake Creek, and associated floodplain wetlands.
