260 Acres in two phases: Phase 1 – 177 acres, Phase 2 – 83 acres

Phase 1 - Construct or enhance 44 acres of wetland, create or enhance 48 acres of riparian channel, restore 67 acres of wetlands and preserve 18 acres of riparian floodplain and uplands.

Phase 2 – Unknown at this time.

Project Status:

• U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 permit was issued in May 2004.
• Ecology's Section 401 Water Quality Certification was issued August 31, 2005.
• The Mitigation Bank Instrument was approved on August 24, 2006 by state, local, and federal agencies. (This bank was the second private bank approved under Ecology’s pilot wetland bank program. See Ecology News Release.)
• Credits are currently available for sale for this project.
