  • Coastal and Estuarine Land Conservation Program - A national program established "for the purpose of protecting important coastal and estuarine areas that have significant conservation, recreation, ecological, historical, or aesthetic values, or that are threatened by conversion from their natural or recreational state to other uses."     1. Ecology's plan for future implementation of the CELCP in Washington and

    2. Applications for CELCP funding.

  • National Coastal Wetlands Conservation Grant Program - A matching grants program administered by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to acquire, restore, and enhance wetlands of coastal States and the Trust Territories.
