What is Webinar?
Webinars are an online meeting forum that can be accessed from any computer or smart phone with internet connection. Ecology is using this technology to enhance public participation by giving alternative ways to attend and participate in public meetings.

How do I join a Webinar meeting?
There are a number of ways to join a meeting.
How do I get sound for the meeting?
Most of the webinars offered are broadcast, meaning you can hear presenters when you log into the session without needing to call into a phone conference line. These are usually sessions that are intended for information sharing and not audience participation.
When there is audience participation a call in number will be provided. The "meeting information" tab will have the call-in number and participant code to use for the voice conference option. You can access voice through your computer by using a headset with microphone or call in by land line phone.
Important Note: When joining by voice conference, make sure to place your phone on MUTE if you are not speaking. It can be very difficult for others to hear if there is a lot of background noise.
