Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)Governor Gregoire and Admiral Houck signed the following Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on June 26, 2007. The MOA is the overarching document that guides the USCG and Ecology’s partnership. It provides for the development of specific protocols that govern the agencies shared work. The previous MOA was signed by former Governor Gary Locke and former Admiral Errol Brown on May 25, 2001. |
