 December 6, 2006 A 1,100 gallon oil-water separator and associated batch tank for a water treatment system are installed below an interceptor trench in an effort to collect diesel fuel before it can reach nearby Silver Creek.
December 6, 2006 Large amounts of contaminated soil near the Crystal Mountain Ski Area are excavated and hauled off-site for disposal. In the foreground, a bulldozer is backfilling the excavation area with clean fill.  December 6, 2006 More 620 truck loads of contaminated soil have been hauled-off site for disposal at the PSE Crystal Mountain Spill site in the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. |
