Partial funding for acquisition and protection of 25 acres of property at the
head of Seabeck Bay on Hood Canal in Kitsap County. The property consists of 15
acres of forested uplands and 10 acres of submerged land that includes a large
lagoon. The lagoon is fed by five streams, is framed by salt marshes, and
provides refuge for juvenile salmon.
