Chapter 173-182 Oil Spill Contingency Plan Rules

This new chapter replaces WAC 173-181 and WAC 317-10 by combining facility and vessel preparedness into one chapter.
The rule also incorporated Ecology's drill program and planning standards from guidance to rule.
