If you have general questions about biosolids management, contact the State Biosolids Coordinator. If you have questions about a specific biosolids management project or a complaint, please contact the appropriate Regional Biosolids/Organics Specialist directly. In many cases a representative of the local jurisdictional health department may be able to assist you, particulary in counties where Ecology has established delegation agreements. Click here for links to local health departments. Contact EPA if you have questions about federal rules or the role of EPA in biosolids management. In many cases Ecology staff can answer these questions for you. You can contact the EPA Region 10 representative (for Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska) in Seattle here.
