If you have general questions about biosolids management, contact the
State Biosolids Coordinator. If you
have questions about a specific biosolids management project or a
complaint, please contact the appropriate Regional Biosolids/Organics
Specialist directly. In many cases a representative of the local
jurisdictional health department may be able to assist you, particularly
in counties where Ecology has established delegation agreements.
