The public comment period for the Biosolids Management (Chapter 173-308 WAC) closed 5:00 p.m. on March 8, 2007.
Ecology has reviewed the comments we received and made changes to the rule language base on these comments. The agency's response to comments is published in the Concise Explanatory Statement. This is available on the web site and has also been emailed to commenters.
