Compliance Audit Reports for Direct Processors of CEPs

All direct processors of covered electronic products (CEPs) are required to conduct an annual audit to verify compliance with the performance standards for direct processors, see WAC 173-900-650. Direct processors seeking Ecology's approval of a compliance auditor may submit the auditor's statement of qualifications, resumé or other information to:

Submittals of qualifications for compliance auditors will be reviewed in the order they are received and all requests will be given the highest priority.
