Methamphetamine Lab Site Assessment and Cleanup Grants

Methamphetamine Lab Site Assessment and Cleanup grants may be used to investigate public or private methamphetamine production sites, with a priority given to public sites. To receive a Methamphetamine Lab Site Assessment and Cleanup grant, the applicant must be a local health department or district that is not a potentially liable person at the site(s) being assessed.

Fiscal & Project Report Forms

Methamphetamine Lab Site Assessment and Cleanup Grant recipients will need to complete the following forms when submitting a payment request reimbursement payments.

Federal Assistance for Meth Lab Cleanups

EPA's Local Government Reimbursement Program can provide up to $25,000 in the event of a release (or threatened release) of hazardous substances, for expenses related to the release and associated emergency response measures. This includes Meth Labs.
