Comment Period Closed 1/25/2007.

The public comment period for the Remedial Action Grants and Loans (Chapter 173-322 WAC) closed 5:00pm on January 25, 2007.

Ecology is now reviewing the comments we received and may make changes to the rule language based on these comments. The agency's response to comments is published in the Concise Explanatory Statement. This will be available on the web site and will be emailed to commenters after the rule is adopted.
