Location & History

The mill is a magnesium based dissolving sulfite pulp mill located at 1701 1st Street in Cosmopolis, Washington, adjacent to the Chehalis River. It was purchased by Cosmo in September 2010. It currently produces acetate, viscose and ether grade pulp.

Capacities:

Cosmo produces approximately 140,000 tons of pulp for use by other companies and is currently hiring. Visit the company website for more information.
