The Hazardous Waste Program offers the best guidance documents on conditionally exempt small quantity generators. Local Health Jurisdictions regulate CESQGs in most cases. Some CESQGs can take their waste to a county collection facility for a fee. Others will have to dispose of their wastes at a private hazardous waste facility directly.
