• Recyclable Materials--Transporter & Facility Requirements, WAC 173-345 This rule implements SB 5788 and RCW 70.95.400-430 and creates registration requirements for transporters of recyclable materials, notification requirements for recycling facilties and penalties of non-compliance.
• 2008 Withdrawal - Children’s Safe Products Rule
  This rule making was withdrawn due to recent federal legislation that substantially preempted the subject of the rule making.
• Electronic Products Recycling Chapter 173-900, WAC
  This rule created a recycling program for unwanted electronic products which includes used and unwanted computers, monitors and televisions.
• Biosolids Management Chapter 173-308, WAC
  This rule streamlined the biosolids permitting process; addressed septage management requirements; created a more thorough and equitable fee structure; and addressed “general housekeeping” issues.
• Remedial Action Grants and Loans Chapter 173-322, WAC
  This rule amendment created a new Extraordinary Financial Hardship loan program.
