Waste 2 Resources Annual Report

Ecology's Waste 2 Resources program coordinates solid waste and recycling work in Washington, including local government grants, organics recycling, litter pickup and providing technical assistance to solid waste facilities. The Waste 2 Resources Annual Report provides data and progress updates for our state's solid waste programs. Ecology uses the information to help measure our state's progress toward the goals established in the State Solid and Hazardous Waste Plan. The information is also used by local governments, nongovernmental organizations and private businesses to understand and improve Washington’s waste and materials management systems.
