Underground Storage Tank Rule-making

Proposed Rule

On March 21, 2012, the Department of Ecology (Ecology) filed proposed amendments to Chapter 173-360 WAC, Underground Storage Tank (UST) Regulations. The proposed rule language and supporting environmental and economic analyses were available for public review and comment. Public hearings were held in four locations throughout the state between April 24th and April 27th. The comment period ended May 4, 2012.
