Philip Services News Release -- November 28, 2003
This draft Consent Decree is a legal agreement between Philip Services Corporation (PSC) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Burlington Environmental, Inc. and the State of Washington to settle PSC’s cleanup liability under the Model Toxics Control Act. The public comment period for this legal agreement runs November 28 through December 27, 2003.
