Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), March 2006

Ecology is requesting public review and comment on this draft EIS for an Interim Action to clean up the Levee Zone of the BNSF Railway Company (BNSF) Facility in Skykomish, Washington.  The purpose of this action is to identify potential environmental impacts that may occur during, or as a result of, the cleanup and mitigating measures.

Ecology is accepting comments on the draft EIS through April 3, 2006. Public meetings are scheduled for March 14 and April 1(availability session), 2006.

SEPA Scoping, February 2006

Ecology is issuing a Determination of Significance and would like to receive your comments on the scope of a Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for an Interim Action to clean up the Levee Zone of the BNSF Railway Company (BNSF) Facility in Skykomish, Washington.  The purpose of this action is to identify potential environmental impacts that may occur during, or as a result of, the cleanup.

Ecology is accepting comments on the scope of the EIS until February 3, 2006. Public workshops are scheduled on January 24-26, 2006.
