Pedersen Property Site

The Pedersen Property site is located at 419 and 420 South 1st Street in Montesano, WA. Use of the property has included service stations that sold gasoline and diesel fuels, bulk petroleum product storage and dispensing to delivery trucks, and an auto repair shop. As a result of activities on the site, soil and groundwater have been polluted with petroleum hydrocarbons.  The site is currently used as an automobile repair facility.
