SITE DESCRIPTION

Precision Pattern has operated at 2620 East G Street for 39 years providing precision machining and steel and aluminum tooling and modeling. An underground storage tank containing heating oil leaked and released contamination to the soil and groundwater.

In 2005, the tank, 300 gallons of diesel inside the tank and 30 tons of contaminated soil were removed from the property. Soil and groundwater sampling after the cleanup work confirmed that contamination was below state standards and no further cleanup was needed.
