Skagit County Port – Taxiway F SiteSITE DESCRIPTION The
Taxiway F site is located at an aircraft hangar adjacent to Taxiway F at the
Skagit Regional Airport in Skagit County, Washington. The hangar and
surrounding area were used for crop-dusting operations between 1978 and about
2000. The surrounding area to the north, east, and south is airport property
and is mostly pasture and forested wetland. The property to the west, across
