After the public comment period, Rayonier must revise and resubmit the two data reports and the alternatives evaluation. |

ARD Interim Action Plan |
The last task in the current Agreed Order is to draft a plan for partial cleanup that includes soil, groundwater, and sediments within the Study Area. |

When all tasks are completed, Ecology will negotiate a new Agreed Order for actual cleanup of the Study Area. |
